  • Designer Showcase FAQ

    Asking Questions

    • Questions may ONLY be asked via Zoom chat.
    • Presenting designers will not stop to answer questions — I will field them.
    • Important questions may be addressed, but not guaranteed.
    • All attendees are automatically muted to keep the event running smoothly.
    • At the start of each designer’s showcase, you’ll receive their sales page link and contact info.
    • Designers have only 25 minutes — please check their website or email them afterward for additional questions.

    Attendance

    • You may come and go at any time.
    • Attendance is capped at 500 participants. If full, you cannot enter.

    Ordering

    • Each designer has their own sales page (link provided by email and in chat).
    • Inventory is live: if you cannot add an item to your cart, it is sold out.
    • Do not order items you don’t intend to pay for. It prevents others from purchasing and impacts the designer’s sales.
    • Color options (if available) will be shown in a dropdown menu.
    • Best viewed on a computer or laptop — sales pages do not function well on phones.

    Deals & Discounts

    • Each designer sets their own pricing.
    • Some may offer specials/discounts (announced during their showcase).
    • In some cases, discounts are applied manually before the invoice is sent.

    Payment

    • Pay each designer individually via PayPal or Square.
    • Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.
    • If you don’t see your invoice in your email, log into PayPal (check “unpaid invoices”) or contact the designer.
    • You do NOT need a PayPal account — PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
    • Square and Shopify also also accept all major credit cards securely.

    Shipping

    • Costs set by each designer based on location, service, and order weight.
    Multiple orders from the same designer will be combined into one invoice (unless an extra order is placed after invoicing).

    Webinar Access

    You will receive the Zoom link by email:
    • 24 hours before the first showcase
    • Again, just before the event begins
    • This link is required to join.

    Previews

    Some designers may share previews via email or social media, but it is not required.
