1. Reservation, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for all current and future appointments:
A valid credit card is required for all appointments. In the event of cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to appointment, a cancellation fee equal to the reserved service(s) booking(s) will incur. Under 48 hrs = 50% of scheduled service, under 24 hrs or no show = 100% of scheduled service. Should your card be declined for any reason, you will be invoiced, invoice is due immediately.
2. Rescheduling Appointments:
Please be advised that the 48-hour rescheduling policy should be used sparingly. While we understand emergencies can occur, frequent rescheduling affects availability for others and the business's sustainability. If any appointment is rescheduled three times within a calendar year, all future appointments will require a 100% non-refundable prepayment.
Additionally, you'll only be able to schedule appointments within 72 hours of your preferred time (subject to availability), and advance scheduling won't be an option if you've reached the three-reschedule limit.
