• Practice Request Form

      

     IMPORTANT:  We have 80+ teams.  This is a LOT of work so please help us be reading the instructions. 

     

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • REQUESTS ARE ON-GOING, meaning you don't have to keep submitting requests.  
    • NO PONY or COLT teams at Centennial or Eller.  
    •  
    • Schedules change as variables change. Longer/shorter days and weeknight games affect practice time availability.    

     

    What we try to provide to each team weekly:

    FILLY - No requests or scheduled dirt field time. Throw-down bases and grass.    

    SHETLAND/PINTO-MP/PINTO-KP - Two practices up-to 1.5 hours with 30-45 minutes of dirt time.   

    MUSTANG/BRONCO - Two practices up-to 2 hours with 45-60 minutes of dirt time. 

    PONY/COLT - Two practices up-to 2 hour with 1-1.5 hours of dirt time.

    GENERAL NOTES:

    If it's X'd out on the schedule, that means our league does not have access to it during that time. Do NOT use it, even the outfield grass.  

    In cases of field conflict with another league, stay friendly, even if they are not, and contact someone immediately. For all Valleywide fields (all fields on west side of 215 Fwy except for Centennial), the staff at Wheatfield has the schedule so call them. For City Parks fields (Centennial, Audie, La Ladera), you can find out field permits on a tab on the practice schedule page.  Showing that should resolve things.

  • 'Ongoing' requests are considered to be for the week FOLLOWING the current schedule that's posted.  If you want to change anything on a current schedule, it needs to be by 'one-time' requests. 

     

    TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR 'ONGOING' SCHEDULE, YOU MUST RE-DO THE FORM. Older/previous submission will be deleted.

  • NO PRACTICES OR GAMES on Easter Weekend (Friday thru Sunday) or Halloween. 

    If you want a practice on Presidents Day, MLK Day, Labor Day Wknd contact us and we'll see if we can get a field still.

    'TIME REQUEST' FIELD IS FOR START-TIME, NOT DURATION OF PRACTICE.

    Two selections, at least one hour apart.

  • We notify in SportsYou when each schedule is done, but you can check the schedule for changes too.

  • We don't schedule dirt time for Filly teams.  You can use grass at any park in town, just stay out of areas that might be designated for soccer/football practice.  You can use dirt on fields that are allocated to our league on that day/time if it's not being use by another MPB team.
