Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of registration or within 7 days of registration. For registrations made within 7 days of the event start date, payment is required at the time of registration. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full. DigitalVep reserves the right to change your registration fee to the full price if payment is not received prior to the early bird expiration date or within 7 days of registration.

Registrations may be upgraded at any time after booking. Downgrading registrations are not permitted.

If you are unable to attend this event, a replacement client may be sent in your place at no extra charge. DigitalVep does not provide refunds for cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received, therefore the invoiced fee remains payable in full. We will refund your registration fee should you wish to cancel your registration within the 7 day cooling period. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email or fax. DigitalVep will make available course documentation to any delegate who is unable to attend and who has paid in full. Unfortunately, some speakers request their papers are not distributed.

DigitalVep does not allow shared registration. Each registration allows admittance of 1 person only over the entire event.

By entering the virtual platform or exhibition areas, all attendees understand that they may be scanned, photographed or videoed by the organisers, exhibitors or sponsors. Attendees give consent that any scanned information, including name, company name, email or telephone number may be used after the event for promotional purposes.

5% late payment charges will be imposed for payment beyond the due date stated. However, for organisations with specific payment terms, an LOU is to be submitted before the stated due date.
