Submitting this form ensures your information is complete and up-to-date for all order channels including website, app, online ordering, OLO Rails partner sites, Google, Facebook, etc.
Branded Delivery and third-party delivery services through OLO rails will display hours that match cafe hours. Delivery opening will be consistent with your cafe opening. Delivery closing will be 15 minutes prior to cafe closing.
A copy of any changes submitted through the form will be sent to your FBL for their review. They will respond within seven business days with their approval or denial. FBL approval is required before the cafe can implement the requested changes. Once approved, please allow 24 hours for online data changes.
Emergency ClosuresNote: If you need to close your cafe due to an emergency please complete the form and contact FBL for immediate actions and to expedite closure across order channels. Cafe Tech Support will not be able to support hours requests by phone.
Holiday HoursThe only approved holidays when a cafe can be closed for business are Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. Any additional holidays must be approved in advance.
