We will endeavour to meet your choice of workshop selections by repeating each workshop on two occasions, but please be prepared to attend another workshop if this is not possible. Delegates will be expected to attend their chosen sessions, as changes may cause issues with room capacities.

One free place per member centre is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that only those with an up-to-date paid membership with The Exams Office at the time of booking and at the time of the event will be eligible for a free place.
If capacity allows, additional places will be available to staff from member centres or to non-members at a cost of £150.00 plus VAT. Invoices must be paid prior to attendance at the events.
All bookings will be acknowledged in writing in the form of an email booking confirmation. This will be automatically generated once the booking form has been submitted. Please check your spam or junk inboxes for the confirmation email, should it not be delivered into your inbox.
The booking window will close once all places at the venue have been filled. Any requests for free places made outside of the booking window will be allocated on a first come, first served basis in line with cancellations.
Workshop choices are subject to availability. The Exams Office reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the workshop(s) detailed above, at any time.
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by email to the events team at email@example.com
A cancellation charge of £50.00 may apply where members do not attend and do not provide 14 days written notice. Charges will be applied at the discretion of The Exams Office.
The Exams Office reserves the right to cancel the conference for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, transport issues, insufficient bookings or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Exams Office may share the information you have provided with participating awarding organisations and other stakeholders who attend the conference(s). By accepting our terms and conditions, you are providing your permission for us to do so.

Delegates will receive additional information regarding the event by email 7 to 14 days prior to the conference date.
Please print your booking confirmation email out and bring it with you to the event. This will speed up the registration process on arrival at the event.
Only those with active and fully paid memberships with The Exams Office, both at the point of booking and the event date, will be eligible to attend.
