Applicants must be a current, graduating senior from any PSJA ISD High School who have been accepted to an accredited trade school, college or university in the fall immediately following graduation and be able to provide proof of enrollment.
Selected recipients will be awarded scholarships during their school’s awards ceremony.
To ensure eligibility for this scholarship award, students MUST complete this online form, which includes the following:

What are your goals and aspirations?
What unique opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today?
State any special, personal or family circumstances affecting your need for financial assistance.
Be sure to use proper grammar and punctuation. Points will be deducted as needed.
Attach a One-Page Resume PDF format (no pictures)
Attach a school counselor evaluation form which includes your GPA, Class Rank and College Credit Hours
In addition to $1,000 scholarships, the Foundation will be awarding 4-year 4,000, 2,500 and $1,500 scholarships to the top rated* scholarship recipients. If selected, in order to continue to receive funding for the additional years scholarship recipients must:
Have a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester as a full-time student at an accredited college, university or trade school
Keep a minimum GPA of 2.75 per semester

**Scholarship recipients will have a check issued by the PSJA Education Foundation to the University/school of choice upon proof of enrollment (School ID and Schedule). Copies of proof of enrollment must be emailed to email@example.com by August 1, 2022 unless notified in writing. (Maximum deferral of scholarship: one semester).
