  • We currently have an opening for a Crane Operator/Roofer Laborer.  This positions primary responsibility will be to operate fixed cab telescoping boom truck cranes for the purpose of supporting our commercial roofing crews.  When not operating a crane, we expect our operators to assist in other areas such as: maintaining cleanliness on the jobsite, daily inspection/maintenance of the crane, helping the roofing crew as needed, delivering materials to jobsites, assisting in the warehouse and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.  

    Requirements:

    Valid License with good driving record.  Class A CDL with airbrake is preferred.
    NCCCO crane certification required.
    Prior construction experience is a plus
    Ability to safely rig loads and operate equipment in a safe manner
    Overall understanding of OSHA safety requirements
    Ability to work outside in all types of weather
    Roofer/Laborer Requirements:

  • Operations Manager

    Grand Forks, ND
  • The Operations Manager is responsible for managing project superintendents and foremen as assigned by the Unit President to ensure completion of projects that meet customer expectations including, but not limited to, schedule, quality, scope, professionalism, appearance, and overall job satisfaction.

    • Other basic functions include managing customer accounts through the production of work for existing customers and new customers as assigned by the Unit President to ensure continued generation of revenue from the assigned customer base. 
    • Must be familiar with field operations associated with a roofing maintenance division or equal.
    • Needs to understand scheduling, record keeping, accounting, and personnel management systems. 
    • Must have the ability to deal effectively with people. 
    • Must be able sell and maintain new and existing accounts and interact in a professional manner with customers and/or prospects. 
    • Must be able to prioritize work to ensure that the most important tasks are completed first.
    • The Operations Manager assists in the overall training process for production related positions within formal structures initiated by the Unit President and on an informal basis through day to day interaction with production crews.
    • Will access roofs, year round, all weather conditions, as necessary to oversee production and work with clients. Work may require some weekend and evening work.

    Requirements:

    The Operations Manager must have an intimate knowledge, coupled with firsthand experience, of the roofing systems that they repair, estimate and quality control. The Operations Manager must possess good communication skills and working knowledge of computers.

  • Safety Coordinator

  • The Safety Coordinator is Responsible for the continuous follow up and reinforcement of the company safety program.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Coordinate on-going safety training and new hire safety training.
    • Perform regular job site safety inspections including completing reports, photo documentation and any corrective action.
    • Plan, coordinate and conduct monthly safety meetings in our Dallas and Houston operations.
    • Coordinate, purchase and distribution of PPE with Field Operation Manager and Service Managers
    • Train, coach and mentor a safe and knowledgeable workforce.
    • Perform investigations of property damage and employee accidents.
    • Maintain all safety records and monthly reporting.
    • Attend and participate in Pre-construction meetings (as required).
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
    • Detailed oriented, good communication skills, strong organizational skills are required.
