SALON POLICY OVERVIEW:

1. Any cancellations/changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of reserved services
2. No-shows are charged 100% of missed service. A late arrival of 15+ minutes is considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled
3. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled 12 hours prior to the appointment time - Cancellation fee will apply
4. Pricing is subject to change and does not include gratuity
5. Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment. Any child under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service.
6. Redos are accepted provided it is within five (5) business days of the original service, and only covers adjustments to the original service
7. Unopened or defective products may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of sale
