SALON POLICY OVERVIEW:

1. Any cancellations/changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of reserved services
2. No-shows are charged 100% of missed service. A late arrival of 15+ minutes is considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled
3. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled by Kalo and opened up to those on a waitlist, as needed
4. Pricing is subject to change and does not include gratuity
5. Children/Guests We do not permit children or guests to accompany our clients' appointments. This will result in the appointment being rescheduled, and cancellation fee will apply
If you and your child have same-day appointments: Children over the age of 13 may wait in the waiting area during your service
Children under the age of 13 must be picked up before your service may begin (no exceptions)
6. Redos are accepted provided it is within five (5) business days of the original service, and only covers adjustments to the original service
7. Unopened or defective products may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of sale
