This form is for handpoked tattoos in a private sf studio in the excelsior district! I will contact you by instagram dm first and email as backup, if needed (´꒳`)♡ There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit (via zelle) required to secure your appointment. This will go towards the final payment of your tattoo. The deposit MUST be paid within 24 hours after receiving the payment details or you will not have an appointment. I work at an hourly rate of $100 for the first hour and $80 an hour for each additional hour♡. If we hit the 5th hour of tattooing, my rate will become $50 per additional hour from that point on! If you are getting a flat-rate tattoo, don’t worry about the hourly rate, you will only be charged what you were quoted :•) This booking form is for FLASH ONLY. There is a $25 fee for same-day cancellations/reschedules, but if you reschedule on any day prior to your appointment, then there is no fee to reschedule. If you ghost me at any point of the booking process instead of cancelling, you will be blacklisted. Cash is highly preferred, but zelle and venmo (with no memo or emojis memo only, do not include the words deposit, tattoo,any dates in the memo) is also available! No guests allowed, no exceptions. Please respect this boundary as the tattoo room does not have a space for guests. I do not carry change, so please come prepared if you are paying cash, as any extra will be considered as tip.
