Membership Details & Notice

Your membership begins on   Date   for 6 months with no cancellation option and will be automatically renewed at the end of that term at the same rate unless you give two weeks written notice. You must come to the spa to fill out a cancellation form. YOU MUST USE ALL THE CREDITS YOU HAVE LEFT PRIOR TO CANCELING THE MEMBERSHIP OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE CREDITS.
 

4. You may upgrade your membership at any time and an updated agreement will be signed. You cannot lower your membership benefits until the start of the next term’s membership.

Cancellation, Rollover & Scheduling Policy:
 
5. You must provide a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. If such notice is provided, your scheduled treatment will not be forfeited, but will rollover to the rescheduled date. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a forfeit of that service. If your membership is in good standing, rollovers are allowed for up to one year.
 
6. You understand that requests for a specific esthetician cannot always be honored, and someone else may need to perform a scheduled treatment on occasion. While Gangnam Spa LLC will help with reminders, you are ultimately responsible for your own appointments.
 

7. Any rollover treatment credits earned will be forfeited upon cancellation with no refunds given. 

Fees:
 
8. You will be responsible for any fees Gangnam Spa LLC incurs as a result of insufficient funds or a failure to inform us that your credit card has changed or expired.
