    Load In: Thursday, May 26th from 8:00am - 12:00pm

    Load Out: Monday, May 30th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm

  • Vendors are encouraged to stay open as long as possible during festival hours. We expect a full capacity event with roughly 5,000 people on site. No vendors are permitted to sell goods on Monday, May 30th. Anyone cought vending after 2:00am Monday morning is subject to a fine of up to $600. It is a lot of work to empty and clean the park before we can head home. Please respect the Festival Staff and Harmony Park by vacating on time and leaving your area clean.

    Vending Policies:

    • If you want your vehicle parked behind your vending booth, it CANNOT be moved until load out on Monday, May 30th at 12:00pm. If you plan to leave the festival for any reason you must leave an additional car in the general parking lot and carry your supplies in through the gate by the shower house.


    • No Glass (unless it is art glass pre-approved by Festival Management)

    • No Tobacco Accessories


    • No Cancelations or Refunds

    • No Dogs


    • No Roaming Vending


    • No Outside Firewood (due to the spread of invasive species)


    • You must leave your booth space as you found it and completely remove
    all rubbish and debris (including cigarette butts, zip ties, boxes, and micro-trash of any kind)


    • Your business and any of the people working for your business actions must meet all local, state, and federal laws.  


    • You are responsible for providing your own electrical cords & accessories
    that meet electrical code


    • No RV’s are allowed into campground and vending areas. If you have an
    RV you must purchase a RV spot.  We strongly recommend you purchase these on the festival website as they tend to sell out prior to start of the festival.


    • You must have current car insurance since you will be driving your
    vending vehicle within the festival. Proof of insurance must be mailed or uploaded along with this application


    • No alcohol containers in the vending booth.

    • By marking "Yes" on this agreement below, the vendor assumes all responsibility in
    or around the vending booth and relieves Groove Productions, Harmony Park, Lowell/Lu, Harmony Marketing and all of their affiliates of all liabilities. You are responsible for all costs in the case of legal action, be it a patron, the city, a citizen, and/or Harmony Park, against you or us because of your business’ actions. If for any reason Groove Productions, Harmony Park, Lowell/Lu, Harmony Marketing and all of its affiliates is required to obtain legal counsel, attend court, or face the city for your actions, you will be liable for any and all of the costs, including and without limit, Lawyer/Legal fees, court costs, and travel.

  • Additional personnel beyond the TWO included workers is $160 per person with a maximum of 3 total workers per booth (day of show tickets will have a $320 value). Additional workers must be full time workers for the booth. This does NOT include individuals simply on staff to provide breaks for full time workers. Additional names cannot be added at the gate. Any edits to submitted names must be made PRIOR to arrival on site.

  • Non-Food Vending Fee is $600. Once your application has been processed you will recieve an email with invoice and vending information.  In order for us to hold a spot, vendors must pay a deposit greater than or equal to 50% of the total vending fee up front ($300).  The full remaining amount must be remitted by end of business day on Friday, May 13th. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in loss of vending site entirely.

    Revival Festival will refund 100% of the deposit up to 2 months prior to the festival.  Any cancellations within 2 months of the engagement are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 50%.
