💛 Please note: We are located in Missouri City Tx. We are now offering Traveling Post Op Care services. So our services are extended to any city & state you need us in! Please note: if you are booking for any care outside of Houston area there will be a Negotiable Travel fee determined by distance.

We serve clients in TX, Atl, Cali, FL,  and more. If you're our needed our services outside of Houston area please give us a call ASAP we will need a 2-3 weeks notice. 

Once this form is submitted, an coordinator from Bodied by Shae LLC will contact you in 24/48 hours from a 1 (346) 283-0833 (please save number).

If booking day of or next day appointments please fill out the form and contact the number above. 

Massages can start as soon as the day after surgery. So please make sure that you have made your post op Lymphatic massage appointment before hand. We urge our clients get the ok from your surgeon to recieve lymphatic massages. Not all doctors recommend Lymphatic drainage massages. As our goal is help you with your investment. Not to cause any harm to you or your new body.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bodied by Shae LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care and reserving dedicated time for each client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

Payments

All payments, deposits, and package purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the payment or session.

Surgery Cancellations

If your surgery is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to reasons within your control—including, but not limited to:

* Smoking or nicotine use
* Failure to follow your surgeon’s pre-operative instructions
* Positive nicotine or drug test
* Failure to obtain medical clearance
* Missed pre-operative appointments
* Any other preventable reason

No refund will be issued.

Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, including situations such as:

* Pregnancy
* Death of an immediate family member
* Other documented emergencies

Any exception is solely at the discretion of Bodied by Shae LLC after speaking directly with the client. Approval is not guaranteed.

No Refund Policy

Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued for services, packages, missed appointments, cancellations, or surgery-related scheduling changes, except in the limited circumstances outlined above.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Medical Clearance: Clients must be medically cleared by their surgeon or physician before receiving any post-operative services. Bodied by Shae LLC reserves the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe. No refunds will be issued if services cannot be performed due to the client’s failure to obtain proper medical clearance.
