Assignments for Holiday Program Volunteers (please select as many tasks as you are interested in helping with).*

Assisting donors to bring donations into warehouse from the truck or van (may need to lift 50 lbs.)Tallying donations for inventory record keepingOrganizing donations into their appropriate section in our warehouse (may need to lift 50 lbs.)Cleaning tasks including but not limited to washroom and kitchen maintenance, sweeping, tidying, breaking down boxes and bringing out trash/recyclingActing as head volunteer in one of our branch offices (Midland, Collingwood, Orillia, Bracebridge or Huntsville) tasks include assisting donors with bringing their hampers into the office, conducting inventory of hampers being dropped off, organizing of hampers in the office, safe keeping of gift cards, etc, (will need to lift up to 50 lbs.)Running shopping errands (may need to lift 50 lbs)Assisting workers in building their client's hampers (may need to lift 50 lbs)Light administration duties (hole punching, stapling, folding letters)Sorting/creating packages/kits ie. pack hygiene products in kits, pack jewelry kits, create kits of matching hats & mittens, etc.
