• Daycare Reservations Instructions

     

    To receive a $5 DISCOUNT on daycare for your furry family member reservations must be made using the online client portal by the cutoff time. You can make your reservations on your computer, tablet or phone. Plus reservations using your portal qualify you for any discounts/ specials available that day!

    Please note: K9 Kampus relies on reservations in our system to help determine ourstaffing needs as well as other preparatory needs. Walk-ins are available for a slightly higher fee. Daycare preference will go towards clients reserved in our system by 5pm the evening before (Tue-Saturday) and 4pm the evening before (Mon & Sun) Reservations can also be made up to 7 days in advance.

    Your username will be your email address. Your password will be your Abczipcode! (i.e.Abc32935!) You can change those settings once you log on.

    Daycare Reservation Details:

    • Reserved daycare is $31, and you will qualify for any specials offered that day.
    • Reserved daycare must arrive no later than 11am.
    • Specials will have participation limits enforced.
    • Unreserved/Walk-in daycare is $36.
    • Unreserved Daycare/Walk-ins do not qualify for specials being offered that day.
    • Unreserved/Walk-in/call-in daycare must be in the facility no later than 10am.
    • Unreserved/Walk-in/call-ir daycare must inform the front desk if they do not want to participate in activities being offered that day. If you don't we will assume you want your dog to participate and you will be charged the fees associated with the activities that day. (i.e. pool parties)
    • **Walk-in/call-in daycare cannot use their daycare package for payment*
    • Not showing up for your reservation will result in still being charged for daycare. Your reservation may be causing someone else to be turned away. Kindly cancel your day- care reservation by 4pm the evening before.
    • Early Drop offs are available but must be scheduled & paid for in advance. If you arrive before 7am & enter the facility you will be charged an early drop off fee.

    PLEASE REMEMBER:

    • K9 Kampus will only store slip leads/leashes all other types will need to be taken with you and brought back at the end of the day.
    • K9 Kampus does not allow the use of retractable leashes on the premises.
    • It's the Parents responsibility to provide proof of up to date vaccinations
    • Prong Collars and medicated flea/tick collars must be removed and put on by the parents, staff not allowed to touch them
    • Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
    • No-shows will still be charged
    • Cancellations must be received by end of daycare the day before to ensure you won't be charged for no-showing.

     

    Boarding Reservations Instructions

    To reserve boarding for your furry family member you have 2 options:

    You can request a boarding reservation using your online portal. Please note this is only a request. We will respond as soon as possible to verify that a suite is available during that time frame and process the required 50% boarding deposit. Please note boarding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your boarding reservation is NOT reserved/confirmed until the boarding deposit is received.

    Boarding Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 72 hours' notice your deposit will be placed in your K9 Kampus account to be used towards future services. If you cancel less than 24 hours' notice you forfeit your deposit. This also applies to same day reservations/cancellations

    Boarding Reservation Details:

    • A boarding reservation is not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.
    • Pre-Pack all food by meal (i.e. dinner) in individual marked feeding bags.
    • $10/week fee will apply if food is not pre-packed.
    • Provide written feeding instructions or complete feeding form at drop-off.
    • If medications are required, they must be brought in original prescription bottle.
    • A medications waiver must be signed at drop-off.
    • Only bring the number of pills needed for your stay.
    • Boarding dogs need to be dropped off no later than 11am to avoid fees
    • Dogs dropped off between 11am & 1pm will incur a $5/hour/dog fee
    • Dogs may not be accepted after 1pm and/or will be charged $25 more
    • Boarding fees are on a 24hr clock from drop-off time. Therefore, if you pick-up later than your drop-off time you will incur a daycare fee.
    • Boarding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • Holiday fees apply at certain times of the year. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
    • Holiday fees must be paid at the time of booking. ($10/day/dog)
    • Holiday fees are non-refundable.
    • Its the Parents responsibility to provice proof of up to date vaccinations.
    • K9 Kampus is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
    • Daycare packages can not be applied towards boarding-daycare on the last day of the board stay.
    • Personal items are welcome to make your dogs stay more comfortable.
      • However do not bring valuable personal items
      • K9 Kampus is NOT responsible for lost or damaged personal items
      • K9 Kampus does NOT launder soiled personal items
