Annual UCR Registration
The Unified Carrier Registration(UCR) is a federally mandated program that replaces the Single State Registration System(SSRS). The UCR Act states that individuals or companies involved in interstate travel must pay an annual registration fee based on the total number of vehicles in their fleet.

Operating a motor vehicle in violation of UCR registration requirements -$500 per occurrence; any entity that fails to register and pay fees as required - $1,000; any entity that provides false, or misleading information on application - $5,000. $300 first offense, $400 second, $500 subsequent.
