I understand that personal injury insurance is not included and I waive Sports, it sufficers, employees, and property owners of any and all responsibility for injury or illness. I also und T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League understand that my participation grants the T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports Staff my full approval to have myself and/or my son/daughter or other dependent treated according to the staff’s best judgment in the case of an emergency or injury. T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports reserves the right to use any photograph/videotaken at any event sponsored by T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. As a term and condition of the T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports Medical and Liability Waiver, I release and promise not to sue T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damage, loss (whether economic or non-economic), expenses, costs, or liability of any nature whatsoever, or for any costs and other expenses, including legal fees, as a result of, or in connection with the event, my contraction of COVID-19 in the event any of my guests contract COVID-19, including if that contraction results from the negligence or gross negligence on the part of the T, T & T Special Needs Youth NFL Flag League Sports.
