ONT Report Form

This Report Form documents each Meeting held between a Candidate for Ordained Ministry and the vital Members of their Ordination Nurture Team (ONT). The ONT provides ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement by having monthly/bimonthly Meetings with the Candidate throughout their Ordination journey.

ONT Meeting Reports are stored in the Candidate's clergy file to be read and reviewed by the Members of the Regional Commission on the Order of Ministry (RCOM). A Candidate particpates in four separate Conversations with RCOM during the Ordination process, including: (1) Candidacy Conversation; (2) Mid-Point Conversation - Part 1; (3) Mid-Point Conversation - Part 2; and (4) Ordination Conversation.
