Ordination Candidate

A Congregational Leader/Elder from the Candidate's Sponsoring or Supporting Congregation will help guide their journey to Ordination through the Seminary or Apprentrice Track with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Mid-America. The Congregational Leader/Elder will meet with the Candidate on a monthly or bimonthly basis.

Appendix 9 documents each Meeting held between the Candidate and their Congregational Leader/Elder. All Meeting Reports are stored in the Candidate's clergy file to be read and reviewed by the Members of the Regional Commission on the Order of Ministry (RCOM).
