1. A minimum service/inspection fee of $65.00 applies to all non-warranty cases which include: incorrect or mismatched firmware, physical damage caused by misuse, configuration issues, incorrect installation of parts, etc.
2. Please do not include accessories that aren’t required to assess the fault (e.g. memory cards, filters or chargers).
3. If Ferntech NZ Ltd are returning your craft by courier, there will be a fixed courier fee of $20.00.
4. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any accessories supplied in addition to aircraft, battery and remote control.
5. Customised settings may be reset during the repair process.
6. Ferntech NZ Ltd takes no responsibility for SD cards and data sent to us.
7. In some instances, the craft may be sent to DJI if the repair cannot be completed in house.
8. Faulty parts that have been replaced will not be returned to the customer.
9. Customers must test repaired devices once returned. Any issues must be lodged within 14 days.
10. Ferntech NZ Ltd reserves the right to dispose of, or on-sell items to defray costs should service costs be unpaid for a period greater than three months without resolution.
11. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover for your device while it is in our possession.
