We have invested years to professional development by attending conferences, trainings and familiarization trips. Endless hours are also committed to studying the latest travel advisories and entry requirements. We enjoy using our expertise and connections to create customized vacations - saving clients time and money.

Are Travel Planning Services right for you?  The majority of our clients have a vision for their getaway but need assistance in making their dream a reality. We will curate vacation options based on your preferences. Vacation options are presented in a custom proposal with video overview. After you review the options presented, we will use your feedback to present additional options if needed.

After you submit a travel inquiry form, a travel advisor will review your information to make certain Luxury Travel Boutique will be a good fit for planning your vacation.  If your vacation is outside of our scope, we will refer you to another travel advisor who specializes in the destination or vacation type that you are seeking. We are connected to an extensive network of highly qualified travel advisors.

When should I start planning my getaway?  This will depend on the destination and type of vacation. Some vacations can be booked days prior to departure while others should be planned at least one year in advance. Due to constantly changing rates and availability, we recommend submitting a travel inquiry form when you are actively ready to book a vacation. If you are unsure about traveling due to current travel advisories, it's best to wait to submit an inquiry form until you are comfortable traveling.

Does Luxury Travel Boutique charge fees for planning services? For the majority of our clients, Travel Planning Services are at no additional cost when vacations are booked with Luxury Travel Boutique. For multi-destination itineraries, clients will be provided a quote for planning services. If the client would like to proceed with planning, the service fee must be paid prior to commencement of planning.

Travel Planning Services Agreement

I (the "Client") am requesting Travel Planning Services from Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC ("LTB") of Lucas County, Ohio for the specific travel dates and destination provided.

By signing this Agreement, I understand that Luxury Travel Boutique will create a custom proposal based on the travel dates, travel party, destination, preferences and target spending range that I specified. I understand that I will be invoiced $150 for Travel Planning Services in the event that I do not book a vacation inclusive of hotel accommodations with Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC within 60 days of signing this Agreement. If I have any questions regarding Travel Planning Services, I will contact Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com prior to signing this Agreement.

For multi-destination itineraries, a travel planning services fee may be assessed. Client will receive a quote for travel planning services prior to the commencement of planning. Travel planning service fees are non-refundable, non-tranferable and vary based on length of travel, number in travel party and components requested (for example air, hotel accommodations, transfers, dining reservations, excursions and private events). The travel planning services fee must be paid in full prior to the commencement of planning.
