Customer Supplied Artwork Including but not Limited to Prints, Negatives, and/or Slides

 

Resolve Photographic Services Inc. will take every reasonable precaution when handling the artwork brought in for service. However, due to many factors in the mounting, stretching, printing, framing, and/or scanning process(es) the possibility exists that artwork or prints may be damaged.

Original Artwork
Resolve Photographic Services Inc. will take precaution in handling original artwork; however, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage that may occur.
We do not recommend drymounting or laminating original artwork.
Furthermore, should the artwork being left in Resolve Photographic Services Inc.'s possession be of significant value we strongly recommend that you have it insured.

Customer Supplied Prints
The drymounting and laminating process uses pressure and heat applied directly to the print or other artwork. In rare cases, the print may become wrinkled or destroyed. Resolve Photographic Services Inc. will not be held responsible for loss or damage that may occur.

Authorization Expiration
This authorization will apply for all orders placed on or before Dec 31st, 2022.

I have read and understand the risks outlined above and will not hold Resolve Photographic Services Inc. responsible for any loss and/or damage of the artwork, prints or any other material that I have supplied to Resolve Photographic Services Inc. I hereby authorize Resolve Photographic Services Inc. to proceed with my order under these conditions.
