Terms & Condition:
Shuttle Bus service will be available daily and Four Points by Sheraton Desaru have the rights to make any amendment without any prior notice. If the shuttle that you have booked is full, we may place you on the next available service.
In consideration of being given the opportunity to participate in the activity conducted by Four Points by Sheraton, Desaru, I hereby state as follows:
1. I represent all the passengers who is taking up the Activity and that the party and I are aware of the skills needed for the Activity (Shuttle Bus Service), and we represent that we recognize the risks of injury or harm that may occur to us as a result of our participation in the Activity. Assume such risks on our own.
2. For us and our heirs, successors and assigns, we hereby release and forever discharge Continental Management Sdn Bhd, Marriott International, Inc and their respective afflirates officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, successors and assigns from any and all actions, costs, suits, demands, claims, damages, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising out of or caused by our participation in the Activity.
3. We hereby agree to indemnify, defined and hold harmless - Four Points by Sheraton Desaru and their respective affliates, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, successors and assigns from and against any and all actions, costs, suits, demands, claims, damages, losses and liabilities (inlcuding reasonable attorney's fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising out of or caused by our participation in the Activity.
