K9 Kampus will give you $5.00 off your Regular daycare rate if:
1. You reserve daycare using your online portal &
2. You reserve no later than the end of daycare the day before you want to attend

By 5pm Monday through Friday (for daycare Tuesday-Saturday)

By 4pm Saturday & Sunday (for daycare Sunday & Monday)
*Current daycare rate is $36, therefore discounted rate will be $31

Why do we offer this discount?
Having reservations in our system by 5pm (M-F) & 4pm(Sat &Sun) allows us to determine our staffing needs the night before which is a big help.
Having clients reserve their own daycare removes 1 task from our already overly busy front desk staff and reduces any entry mistakes or over looked verbal requests. Certain times of the day are extremely busy for the front desk and sometimes verbal requests made during these busy times, as clients are picking up or dropping off their dogs can get missed.
This ensures an effective and streamlined process without mistakes.
Things to know:

Front Desk will still reserve daycare for you but you may not qualify for
discounts/specials if the reservation was missed from a verbal request.

If you do not follow this procedure you will have to notify front desk if
you don't want your dog to participate in the special activities for that
day. You will have to pay full price for daycare and the activities.

If you are not reserved in advance you can not apply daycare packages
to your daycare.

Daycare cancelations need to be received following the same time and
process to avoid being charged.
