I understand that there is no guarantee that goal hair color can be achieved in one session. Sessions may be necessary to ensure integrity of the hair.

I understand price is a starting point and can increase depending on length/density of hair, and desired goals. Pricing is always transparent discussed up front before performing any service.

Chemical Service Waiver::I understand that receiving any hair color, and/or chemical service can, in some indivivuals result in an allergic reaction. I understand that a reaction can occur at anytime even if I have recieved this service on previous occasions. I further understand that I am able to request to receive a skin patch test twenty-four to fourty-eight hours in advance, prior to all chemical services. I understand these risks and if I have any concerns I will seek medical advice prior to any color or chemical service.

I want you to love your hair! Services received cannot be refunded, however, if you have challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 1 week of your appointment and I will address the issue with no additional charge.

Life happens! I just ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Frequent late/same day cancellations may be subject to full prepayment before another appointment can be booked. No call no shows will be charged 50% of the service and will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
