(NOTE: We are NOT able to support rental requests with less than 72hrs notice.)
Thank you for your interest in renting our Studio. We hope that we can accommodate your rental needs. Studio features included in our space rentals include:
Studio (all spaces):
- Access to WiFi Internet
- Free Parking
- Wheelchair accessibility
Office:
- 12'x13' space
- (2) 3'x5' desks
- (2) office chairs
- Compact refrigerator
- Microwave
- Coffee Maker, Kettle
Dance Floor:
- 19'1"x 30' space
- Sprung wood dance floor
- full-length wall mirrors
- portable, bluetooth speaker (AUX cable provided - bring own source device)
- Windows, central air & air purifiers available (COVID safety protocols in place**)
- adjacent "green-room"/reception area
- private restroom
Studio Space Rental Fees:
- Dance Floor: $50/hr.
- Office Space: $35/hr.
  - After-hours Rental (starts at 6pm): ADD $25/hr
- Deposit: 50% of TOTAL rental fees - due on contract signing

IMPORTANT STUDIO RENTAL DETAILS
NOTE: The following details are specific to Studio/Dance Floor space rentals:
- Live drumming and/or musicians are ONLY allowed starting at 6:30pm
- The space is UNAVAILABLE on the following times/days every week*:
  
  Mondays & Wednesdays: 10am-1pm
  Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:30pm-7:30p
  Saturdays: 10:30am-12:00pm
Beginning January, 2022, the space is UNAVAILABLE on the following times/days every week*:

Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-2pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-1:00pm

*Studio space availability schedules are subject to change
Note: Studio features & availability are subject to change. Exact available features at time of rental will be detailed in the Studio Rental Contract.

The steps to scheduling a successful Studio rental are as follows:
1. Read the Studio Access & Use Agreement to ensure that our Studio spaces can meet your rental activity needs in compliance with our Studio policies. (Note: You do NOT need to submit a signed Studio Access & Use Agreement until you receive a rental contract)
2. Complete and submit the Studio Rental Request Form (this document) with your rental request details.
3. The Studio Manager will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your completed Studio Rental Request Form (this document).
4. If the rental date(s) & time(s) you requested is/are available, you will be sent a Studio Rental Contract with the terms & fees associated with your rental.
Note: Confirmed Studio rentals will require:
- a sgined Studio Access & Use Agreement
- a paid rental deposit (equal to 50% of the TOTAL rental fees)
- a signed credit card hold authorization (hold to be released 24 hrs after completed rental, upon confirmation of Studio restored to original rental condition by Renter, and all rental fees paid in full)
