Bronze Award

The Girl Scout Bronze Award™, the highest award a Girl Scout Junior can earn, gives you the chance to do big things and make your community better in the process.
This Final Report is to be used by you (and/or your team)—a registered Girl Scout Junior in grades 4 to 5—with assistance from your adult Girl Scout volunteer supervisor, troop/group leader, and project advisor (optional) for approval of your Bronze Award projet.

How to complete this form:
1. Read the Bronze Award Final Report questions ahead of time and think about your answers. If you completed your Bronze project as a troop, reflect on your Bronze Award project as a team.
2. Then designate a team member or ask your troop leader to submit your answers online. If you completed your Bronze project on your own, you can enter your answers or ask your guardian for help submitting them online.
A friendly reminder:
- If one of more members of the Bronze Award team are in 5th grade, the project and Final Report must be submited by September 30 (following 5th grade graduation) national deadline.

Adults are an essential part of your support system!

Girl Scout Volunteer: To meet Girl Scout youth-to-adult ratio, you'll need at least two registered and approved adults to help with team supervision, Bronze Award procedures, use of troop funds, managing guidelines for project donations or money-earning activities. Girl Scout staff may communicate with the listed adult to coordinate details about your project and the Bronze Award process.

Project Advisor: A project advisor is optional for the Bronze Award and is selected by the Bronze Award team. This adult has some level of knowledge, skills, expertise or access to resources that can help with your project.
