    3 Bluebirds Farm Holiday Market 2021

     Thank you for applying as a vendor to the first annual 3 Bluebirds Farm Holiday Market. Please be sure to fill out the form completely and upload artwork/logo to be used for promotions. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Our events team will reach out once your application is approved. To keep the market diverse, please note that certain categories may be closed out once our limit is reached. No Direct Sales.  Once accepted we will reach out to you for payment. Vendors will need to bring their own tables (maximum of three 8ft tables) and table coverings. All vendors will be under a large event tent, so there is no need to bring a pop-up tent. The deadline to complete the form is November 24th at 6 pm EST. 

    PLEASE NOTE: 3 Bluebirds Farm is unable to provide or guarantee electricity to any vendors. If your business requires electricity, please plan on providing your own.

    I hereby agree and give my permission for 3 Bluebirds Farm and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the 3 Bluebirds Farm website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the user is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the 3 Bluebirds Farm control. I agree that I will not hold 3 Bluebirds Farm responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

  • EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:

            The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table.

            It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of each day's event.  Non-compliance will force 3BBF to exclude the offending vendor from future events.

    SET UP: Saturday, December 11, 2021, must be set up by 9 am. Our doors will open at 7:30 am.

    CLEAN-UP: For Saturday: Must be completed by 6 pm

    SET UP: Sunday, December 12, 2021, must be set up by 9 am. Our doors will open at 7:30 am.

    CLEAN-Up: for Sunday: Must be completed by 6 pm.

     

            Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.    

           The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

    NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE OFFENSIVE, ILLEGAL, OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

    All vendors Must wear a face mask.

    By filling out this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract.
