By submitting this booking request form you acknowledge that you are aware that the non-refundable deposit amount of 40% per person is due at the time of booking and final payment is due by Friday, March 28, 2025. You do not have a spot on this tour until the full deposit payment is processed, and you receive an invoice with a confirmation number. For security purposes, Ingenious Travel will call you to collect payment information.

You also acknowledge and accept that travel protection premiums are not refundable after the initial 14-day look-back period and that a group administrative fee will be charged on any canceled bookings, and is also non-refundable.

You further accept the payment schedule and cancellation penalties that can be found on your confirmation.

According to international regulation, passports must have at least two blank pages in them when one enters the country and should be valid for at least six (6) months after your return date.

Travelers are responsible for determining their ability to leave the U.S. as well as their ability to enter countries on your itinerary. This includes obtaining any required visas, as well as confirming issues regarding criminal records, unpaid child support, etc.

Payment:

To guarantee, your space on a trip requires a nonrefundable deposit. This deposit is only refundable should the trip be canceled.

Itinerary Modifications

Clients understand that changes to their itinerary (such as extended tour lengths or additional services) will result in additional charges. Clients will be informed of the cost. Payment is due at the time service is rendered and prior to the end of their travel.

Unfortunately, if you cancel pre-booked activities, services or lodging we will not be able to issue refunds or credits. These services are booked with providers who have reserved their time and space for you.

Our guides, drivers, and other service providers have been prepaid and last-minute cancellations prevent them and us from accepting other work. We appreciate your understanding.

All clients are advised to purchase travel insurance if they think they may need to cancel their trip.
