7) If you have minor children, it is important to plan for when they will receive chunks of the estate. While they are minors, their food, clothing, and shelter will be provided for from your estate by your trustee. However, at some point you must distribute the trust assets. I typically recommend a small portion at 18 (ie:10%), a chunk at some later age like 21 (ie: 25%), and the balance maybe at age 25. You cannot hold your trustee hostage in perpetuity. At some point, your children must live their lives.

10) WILL - Executer: A will is a set of instructions for after you pass away. The will works together with the living trust. Same as above, please list three. Definition: An executor of a will is like a trustee of a trust. Just type "ditto" if you want to same people as above.

25) TRUST: in the event an acting Trustee or Co-trustee no longer is able to competently perform in the role, who or how will the determination be made to remove that trustee? One recommendation could be the other co-trustee or subsequent Trustee and the beneficiary must both agree to remove the alleged problem trustee. However, it is your choice.
