Juried Show Entry Form               The Theme is  " Water "

Water is a juried exhibition to encourage local artists. The exhibition will include two- and three- dimensional art or high quality craft, all media, that represents water.

Method of Selection: Please upload images of your artwork. Artwork will be juried by Ann and Peter Capodagli, owners of the Boulder Gallery in Fitchburg. Artists will be notified of the jury's decision by email.

Artists may submit up to two entries.  If your artwork was not selected for the show, funds are not returnable.

If your artwork has been selected, GALA receives 30% commission on art sold.

You MUST read the "Show Information and Conditions" which will give you all the details along with all the dates of the event. Please print this out for your reference.

        Entry Fees:      GALA Member   $20         Non-GALA Member  $30

Please bring your  one page 8x11 artist statement to the drop-off. Your statement will be placed in a binder for viewing by visitors at the show.

Liability: GALA and Fitchburg Art Museum does not assume responsibility for any work on exhibit or in transit. Every effort is made to maintain a safe and secure show. The applicant agrees that the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) and/or its Board of Directors are not responsible for the theft of, or damage to any works prior to, during or after the exhibit. The applicant further agrees to leave all entries until the end of the show.

By submitting to this exhibit, you give permission to the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) to use images of your work on our website and in promotional advertisements. Please contact us with any questions.

Be sure to print a copy of your form before you submit to retain for your reference since you will not be able to return to the form once it is submitted.
