Terms & Conditions: This order form does NOT secure your order. Once you have received a confirmation text, order has been secured for desired date. Invoice will be sent prior to pick up date. If invoice is not paid in full between 24-48 hours of being sent, you will lose desired date and I will move on to the next inquiry. There are NO returns or refunds on payments.

Late Pick Up Policy: Understand that if you are more than 20 minutes late to your pickup without communicating with me, you will have to wait for my next availability to pick up. Every hour that you are late, a $10 fee will be charged.
