Online Studio Use Appointment Form

 STUDIO APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

(CTV Members Only)

Normal open days with Operators present are:

 Tuesday:  4pm - 8pm

Wednesday:  4pm - 8pm

Thursday:  4pm - 8pm

Requests for appointments on non-operational days (Monday & Friday) must be for 4pm or after during weekdays.  Weekends are available for special studio use.  Both must be made with permission and by prior arrangement with the Studio Manager before being scheduled.

All appointments require that an available volunteer CTV Operator or Staff be present, and are contingent on any school activities which may be taking place.

SCHEDULING INFORMATION

If you are a CTV Member you may schedule an appoinment to reserve the studio throughout the week providing CTV Volunteer Operators are available. 

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are our Regular Operating days (depending on Staff availability). 

Monday & Friday and Weekends are available by arrangement with a Staff Member or Operator with a key who can remain onsite during the appointment, and prior approval from the Studio Manager.

You must schedule at least 24 hours ahead of appointment time. Scheduling is in 1 hour increments. If you need more time please schedule again to add another hour on the day you want.

When times and days have already been taken they will be grayed out or not available on the schedule.

Please be considerate on your times so others may have an opportunity to access and use the studio facility.
