  • Please use this form to create or update requests for marketing collateral, as it helps us best serve you by accurately tracking your project. 

    Project timelines vary depending on the nature of your request and the current volume of requests received from across campus. After we receive all relevant project information and process your request, we'll reach out to provide you with a timeline of when you can expect to receive a proof of your project. 

    Please note that all events that will need digital, print, social, etc. branding or marketing needs in any way starting in August 2025 must be submitted using the Events Request here before May 9th, 2025 (98th Annual Commencement). This is to ensure we brand all campus events appropriately in a timely and professional manner for the 2025-2026 school year.

  • SUBMISSION TIMEFRAMES:

    Digital – You can generally expect to receive a proof of your project within 10 business days after we have received and processed all relevant project information. Processing all relevant information can take about a week.

    Print – You can typically expect to see a proof of your project within 15 business days after we have received and processed all relevant project information. Please note that this timeframe does not include the time required for your approval of the proof or the printing process. Printing can take about an extra week.

    Merchandise - Requests for merchandise, including but not limited to t-shirts, banners, mugs, name plates, or signage, may require a longer lead time due to worldwide supplies shortages

    Please be aware that project timelines do not begin until we have received final copy and all necessary design elements (i.e. specific headshots, sponsor logos, or any other specific imagery).
