• Marketing Request

  • Please use this initial request to create or update deliverables including printed items, digital graphics, merchandise and other mediums of marketing collateral. This form helps TMU marketing best serve you by tracking requests.

    Please allow 10 business days for any project or revision request. The 10 business day timeline begins once all final project information is received. Project information includes final wording, accounting information, vendor selection, printed quantities, along with any additional information needed to begin the request.

  • SUBMISSION TIMEFRAMES:

    Digital – digital requests require 2 weeks turnaround time (10 business days).

    Print – printed deliverables require 3 weeks turnaround time

    Merchandise - merchandise requests including but not limited to, t-shirts, banners, mugs, name plates, or signage, may incur a longer lead time due to worldwide supplies shortages

    Please note project timelines do not begin until we receive final copy and all necessary design elements (i.e. specific headshots, sponsor logos, or any other specific imagery).
