1 There are a limited number of spots for this trip. This is the decision of Life Teen as Life Teen seeks to offer the opportunity to attend Camp Covecrest to as many people as possible from across the United States. We may place those who do not obtain a spot on a wait list, but there is NO GUARANTEE that those on the wait list will be able to attend. Please note, registration is NOT complete until this form is completed AND payment is made.*

2. Reservations will be taken on a “first come, first served” basis. To place a reservation, you must register online and pay the $75 non-refundable deposit beginning Tuesday, November 22nd, at 7:30 pm. This does not guarantee that you have a spot; we will inform you if you have a spot or if you have been waitlisted. *

3. If you are selected to attend Camp Covecrest but decide before February 15, 2023, that you cannot attend you will be dropped from the trip without penalty (minus the $75 deposit). However, if you cancel AFTER February 15, 2023, you will be responsible for the full cost of the trip unless you’re able to find an alternate to take your place. After February 15, 2023, the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE – you will be liable for the full cost of the trip ($1,000 without fundraising). *

4. If you cannot attend, we will assist you in trying to find someone who will be willing to take your spot. We will offer your spot to anyone on the waitlist. If we can find a replacement, that individual will reimburse you for what you have paid to-date for the spot. However, there is NO guarantee that you will be able to find a replacement.*

5. Teens must participate in all fundraisers. Failure to participate in all fundraisers will require the teen to be switched to the “No Fundraising” plan. PLEASE NOTE: Participating in bake sales requires bringing items to sell AS WELL as being present at each Mass to sell the baked goods.*

To Pay By Check/Cash:

Make checks payable to "St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church" with your name and "Youth Group" in the memo section. Put the check (or cash) in an envelope with Jeremy Vest on the outside of the envelope and drop it off at the Rectory Office (there is a drop box to the left of the Rectory Office door that you can use 24/7).
