  • No upfront deposit is required. However, I may request advances after 2 days of work on the project ranging from $200-400, or 50% of balance due when 50% of work is completed. Do you agree to those terms?
  • I require no deposit because a condition of our work agreement is that you purchase the paint needed to complete project, all other materials I will be responsible for. Some people prefer I find the paint at homedepot and do a sale by people purchase. Are you in agreement to those terms?
  • Do you need any texture application such as popcorn or knockdown applied to property?
  • Do you understand that we do not accept credit cards or checks of any kind? (Preferred method of payment is Paypal, Cashapp, Chime, American Express Serve, or Cash)
  • Is there any heavy furniture or objects that need to moved in order to complete the task? (There is an extra charge of $100 to move any objects obstructing the path of work)

  • The basic price for painting per square foot charge is $1.20 per square foot, for texture installations it's $1 per square foot. Request for services besides painting can be discounted through bundle deals. Do you agree?
  • There's a fee of $50 if we have to coverup and protect your furniture of paint or debris. Do you agree to this?
