Student Club Fundraiser Request Instructions
Use this form to request dates for your club’s fundraiser (on or off campus).
🏷️ Who Can Fundraise?
Only Level 3 and Level 4 clubs may host fundraisers.
Level 1 and Level 2 clubs are not eligible to fundraise at this time, unless a club level 2 has been active for more than 1 school year.
Please check with the Club Advisor to confirm club level approval.
🗓️ Request Guidelines
Submit your request at least 2 weeks before the fundraiser.
Submitting this form does not mean your event is approved.
You will receive an approval or denial email within 1 week.
🍪 Food & Bake Sale Rules
Your advisor must be available for the fundraiser.
Only pre-packaged, individually wrapped food may be sold (no homemade items).
Sales may only happen after school.
Students who buy food must eat it in the courtyard or outside in front of the school (not indoors).
Clubs may reserve one week at a time. After that, another club gets a turn before you can book again.
This does not pertain to ticket sales and/or donations. Only food & merchandise fundraisers.
💵 Money Matters
Purchases must be approved in club meeting minutes before spending.
Food items can be purchased, after approval, through the Club Advisor or School Finance Coordinator.
Cash must be counted within 1 week of each fundraiser and all funds must be stored securely in school vault.
After the event, your club must complete a fundraiser evaluation:
Record money raised vs. money spent.
Add results to your club minutes for future reference.
