Things happen and there will be times that cancellations/rescheduling will need to happen however, I do plan my budget around sessions and that is time that someone else could have had so, I wanted to set up a cancellation policy.
I will need 24 hour notice for a cancellation or reschedule in order for you to avoid a charge. Medical emergencies for yourself, family members, or any COVID symptoms WILL NOT result in a cancellation fee.
-If you give me less than 24 hour notice but are able to reschedule your session later that week, there will be no charge.
-If you give me less than 24 hour notice with no reschedule for that week, you will be charged full session rate.
-If you do not show, you will be charged full rate.
