We are looking for local Fort Saskatchewan made products and vendors to join our 2021 market! We have made some exciting changes to this years format and look forward to your feedback.
There are NO COSTS to vendors for listing their items. This is a 100% volunteer-run venture.
Please submit your application ASAP and our team will reach out to provide you with a more in-depth info packet.
- November 1st vendor applications open
- November 1-20th accepted vendors will submit their signed Vendor Agreement & Product Submission form
- November 22-December 12th market runs online
- December 15th or 17th Vendors will deliver fulfilled orders to a designated drop-off location in Fort Saskatchewan and receive payment in full (time TBD)
Please Note:
- Vendors must be located within Fort Saskatchewan or surrounding smaller communities (Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St Albert, and Spruce Grove do not qualify). Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Vendors will be able to view paid-for orders while the market is happening to allow you time for fulfillment
- Vendors will be paid at time of drop-off to ensure fulfillment
While we appreciate all makers, creators, and product types, this market is a unique format and setup. Certain types of products will not work well for online one-click ordering. HMFS reserves the right to select vendors and products we feel represent the market well and present nicely online. We will contact all applicants regardless and thank you for your interest.
