I understand and agree that I will inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damages and note the discrepancies below. I am responsible for the upkeep of the vehicle which includes: weekly vacuum; washing; wax every 6 to 8 weeks (acceptable at drive thru wash); regular oil and filter changes (or notify management when necessary); changing of tires (or notify management when necessary). I further understand that this vehicle will be used for business only and not for personal use. All GMF owned vehicles are subject to random inspections.
