    • Sponsor ID/signage prominently displayed onsite at the conference
      and pre-conference marketing

    • Discounted sponsor conference registration fee
  • Platinum Sponsorship

    $12,000 (California MBA Member)/$15,000 (Non-Member)
  • In addition to the regular sponsorship benefits, the Platinum Sponsorship includes: One (1) exhibit space or tabletop*, guaranteed complimentary meeting space (available upon request and while supplies last) with customized meeting room sign, company logo will be included on column wraps in the main registration area and six (6) complimentary conference registrations. Also included is the option to select one of the following events/items for branding purposes:

    *Seat Cover Sponsor will need to supply, place and remove the seat covers. Chair sizes to be provided. All item design, production and drayage costs provided by sponsoring company, including onsite shipping and handling fees. Items are subject to approval by California MBA.

  • Titanium Sponsorship

    $9,000 (Member)/$11,250 (Non-Member)
  • In addition to the regular sponsorship benefits, the Titanium Sponsorship includes: One (1) exhibit space or tabletop*, complimentary meeting space (if available and upon request) with customized meeting room sign, one (1) 2' x 2' wall cling and four (4) complimentary conference registrations. Also included is the option to select one of the following events/items for branding purposes:

  • Gold Sponsorship

    $6,000 (California MBA Member)/$7,500 (Non-Member)
  • In addition to the regular sponsorship benefits, the Gold Sponsorship includes: One (1) exhibit space or tabletop*, and three (3) complimentary conference registrations.

  • Silver Sponsorship (non-lenders only)

    $3,000 (California MBA Member)/$3,700 (Non-Member)
  • In addition to the regular sponsorship benefits, the Silver Sponsorship includes: One (1) tabletop*, and two (2) complimentary conference registrations.

  • Exhibit Space: Draped booth space located in the middle of the exhibit hall, with two chairs.  Sponsors can bring a pop-up for behind the table and any marketing materials or give aways they'd like to offer

    TABLE TOP: 6 ft skirted tables, with two chairs and a waste basket that are located in the exhibit hall.  Sponsors can bring a pop-up for behind the table and any marketing materials or give aways they'd like to offer

    Meeting Room: Reserved meeting rooms are assigned to Platinum Level sponsors on a first reserved basis. If there are open rooms they will be opened up to the titanium level sponsors.

  • Substitutions, Refunds, Cancellations 

    In the event that government regulations, social distancing, or any other act of God make it impossible to hold an in-person conference, the 2022 Western States CREF Conference will not take place.  Sponsorship fees paid will automatically be applied to the 2023 Western States CREF Conference, also to be held at the ARIA Resort & Casino.  In the event that California MBA cancels the conference, full refunds may be requested, in writing.  If sponsor chooses to cancel of their own accord, requests must be made in writing and submitted by June 22, 2022 to receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued after June 22, 2022.
