It is important that we both have a clear vision of the color you are wanting to achieve. If you are unclear on what you are wanting, give it some thought and get back to me when you have a few ideas. Please know it generally only takes one session to learn if our personalities mesh. In the event they do not, I will let you know of this and provide you referrals. Not every stylist is meant for every client, and every client is not meant for every stylist. It's been my experience that where there is a personality clash, there will also be unhappiness or dissatisfaction on one or both of our parts. It is important that you trust me and are confident in my skill, or I will not be able to properly serve you with confidence. In an effort to make our time together the most enjoyable experience, I ask my clients to refrain from hate speech of any kind. I have a zero tolerance policy for noninclusive conversations, racial slurs, political issues, etc..
Late Policy: In the event you are running late to your appointment, I ask that you send me a text to let me know how late you will be. Being late may result in not being able to blow dry and style, to make up for the lost time. If you are 15 minutes or more and you have not notified me, your appointment is considered a no show and a cancelation fee of 50% of the missed service will be chargrd to your card on file. I strive to be on time for every client out of respect for your schedule, which means I have to stay on schedule.
Cancelation Policy: In the event you need to rescheduel, you must give me a 72 hour notice. Any canelations that happen in less than 72 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your missed service that will be charged to your card on file.
Refunds Policy: All sales are final and refunds will not be given. If you are unhappy with your results, please let me know within 7 days of the appointment so I can have you come back in to adjust your color, within reason.
By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request. In response, I will receive a text with appointment time and date options. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for your service. New clients are generally able to be seen within 1-3 weeks of appointment request submission, but clients with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to secure an appointment.
