• The People's Right to Decertify by Altering and Abolishing Government and Acts

  • The People's Right to Decertify by Altering and Abolishing Government and Acts

    Please take notice that in Republican forms of government the People have broad authority to reform, alter or abolish government and their acts when certain thresholds are reached, one being Maladministration (See Constitutional Authority below):

    Virginia Constitution Bill or Rights:

     Text of Section 3:

    Government Instituted for Common Benefit

    That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government, that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety, and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and, whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal. [Emphasis by Highlight and Underline Added]

    Please take notice that this text was meant to be the right of the People in any nation or community, not just Virginia, and follows the rule of law in Republican forms of government. Furthermore, it gives the thresholds of the People using their right to reforming, altering or abolishing government, as being in the danger of Maladministration (not just actually reaching maladministration). It furthermore explains that the people have an indubitable, inalienable and indefeasible right to correct government at the level of it being a danger of maladministration and not when the actual acts occur. Lastly, attorneys will say that the People are not allowed to correct bad government because they don’t have procedural rules binding and guiding them as chartered entities and government entities have, but this logic is irrational as the People, being creators of the constitutions have an unlimited ability to use their will and discretion in correcting their servants and are reserved the right to alter, abolish and reform “in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal” as seen in the text above;

    Please take further notice that the People have purposely left themselves broad authority to take steps to correct maladministration and in all Republican States can take action to correct or order their servants to give redress (Please see Excerpt from Massachusetts Preamble for more Clarity below):

    Massachusetts Constitution Preamble:

    “…The end of the institution, maintenance, and administration of government, is to secure the existence of the body politic, to protect it, and to furnish the individuals who compose it with the power of enjoying in safety and tranquility their natural rights, and the blessings of life: and whenever these great objects are not obtained, the people have a right to alter the government, and to take measures necessary for their safety, prosperity and happiness…”[Emphasis by Highlight and Underline addedAdded]

    Please take further notice that governments are servants and the People are the ones who institute government and protect the existence of the body politic as trust protectors. The People also have a guaranteed right to alter the government (including decertifying elections not following statute and procedure authorized, which is clearly maladministration and not just the danger of the same) and to take measures necessary for their safety and happiness. This power is broad and much greater than the plenary power of the legislatures as it includes the power to change the power or existence of the Legislatures of the States;

    Please take further notice that the People of Wisconsin have commonly reported sending notice of Maladministration to Representative Robin Vos who seems to believe that he is able to make decisions to ignore the People’s business by his own will (please see attached evidence of mailing attached to this document below):

  • Please take further notice that the People are aware and it is commonly reported that Representative Janel Brandtjen has been sent notices of Maladministration addressing these issues and she has created new Subpoenas that are now supposedly according to the right statute and failed to issue them as of yet (please see proof of mailing to Representative Brandtjen below:)

  • Please take notice that is the will of the People to protect the People’s property and have full forensic audits done and the People further wish to again have full access to the appropriate grand juries as to bring presentment to them to correct government actors who are acting to block the will of the People or not taking faithful action to do the same. All servants in Wisconsin swear to faithfully handle duties, but not investigating, correcting and punishing Maladministration is directly against the trust-indenture and oath of those that work for the People and cause for the People to use all necessary means to preserve their body politic, safety and happiness. Lastly, please recognize that the legislature, receiving hundreds of notices and affidavits, have ignored the People’s will which is shown to be legitimate concerns as the Sheriff has clearly shown a abundance of Maladministration with nursing homes (see attached evidence at end of letter with Elections officers encouraging maladministration), that prevents any government officer from certifying that the election was done by following the law. If you as an officer of government can not verify and certify that the election was held without maladministration, it is the right of the People to demand that you decertify under the authority you have from the People or to responsibly give notice to the People that they may step in as trust protectors and alter, abolish, and reform in all necessary cases, until all is corrected and all bad actors are prosecuted for failure to follow law and carry out their duties.
