Hair Extensions Consultation Form

Extensions Pricing FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Your exact pricing will be determined upon your in person consultation. This should only take 15-30 minutes of our time. Your final price will take into consideration how many rows you will need and the desired length. These estimated first time prices will include the purchase of your hair, custom color matching if needed, installation, cut and style. You will also receive a first time gift package of the first round of hair care products I use and recommend; Shampoo, Conditioner, Detangler, Oil, and brush. You will receive a hhguide on how to maintain your new hair to best optimize its "life span".

One row only is usually for those who don't want much length and want volume only. Two to Three rows are usually required for both length AND volume. Unless you have an extremely thick head of hair, it is rare to go beyond two rows. I have included estaments that will range from lowest to most expensive. Typically 1 row ranges from $850- $1200, 2 rows range from $1200- 1800, 3 rows range from $1300- $2400. The final price depends on your current hair, and what is needed to complete your dream hair.   A $600 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required upon booking. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the appointment and is NOT an additional add on fee. This will secure your appointment.

RETURNING CLIENTS: For return visits, here is what you can expect: 1) A move-up reinstallation once every 6-8 weeks. A move up ranges from $75-$150 per row. This is dependent on your hairs condition and your ability to take proper care of it in between appointments. I will explain more during our consultation. 2) To replace hair on an average of every 6-8 months with new hair. OR replace hair wefts of hair as needed every 3 move ups or so if we use hand tied hair.   ~Color is priced separately~

IN CASE OF RESCHEDULING I understand life happens. Both our time and money are important. In the event you have to reschedule, your initial appointments, I am able to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment, the non-refundable deposit will not be applied to further  appointments.

Other Considerations Are you allergic or sensitive to any adhesives, metals, or hair/skin products? Have you been pregnant in the past 2 years? Are you currently taking any medication that has side effects that can cause hair thinning and/or hair loss? Do you have thyroid issues? Or vitamin deficiency issues?  Do you have now, or have had in the past, any problems with hair loss (shedding, breakage, balding, alopecia, thinning hairline, psoriasis of the scalp, eczema on the scalp, etc)? If yes, have you seen a dermatologist? Do you have any damage due to previouse chemically treated hair treatments?
