contained in this agreement and other good and Valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as

1. Scope of Agreement. The Purpose of this Agreement is to provide qualifying vendors with the opportunity To export,to sell their products thru Online store, Festivals as well as Business Matching to Retail Buyers through KEREIN. This agreement supplements any other agreements governing the buying and the selling of products between KEREIN and CV Rumah Tamadun___ (your company) vendor buying agreements and/or purchase

2. E-Commerce. For the purpose of this Agreement, E-Commerce means sales of products by Vendor to

Wholesaler, retailer and end consumers via the Internet through KEREIN's websites, or any online

Or computer network. E-commerce and also includes any related business and marketing activities Supporting such sales. Thru our newest platform the Virtual Marketplace Mall is a new&unique also an Excellent Opportunities for all of Indonesian Vendors with such an interactive design and Business Matching 

3. Term. The Term of this Agreement begins on the Effective Date __you will Register and continues for Three Years contract until ________Years 2026 ,for the scoop of 3 years contract, regardless what happen along if suppliers are terminating the contract they are still bound by this contract and have the responsibilities to continue pay the registration each month/year until the contract is over in 3 years, If everything's fine will be continued automatically.

4. KEREIN Indoor&Outdool Mall and in here as ______(your company) to participate as Vendor in the company

Those without the complete USA  certifications is not eligible to participate in the Ecommerce. The Food,Beverages has to be registered to FDA thru our company with additional cost, products with more than 2 compositions will be suggested to make a Nutrition facts label and Barcode for all products (Food&Beverages and NonFood), Seafood,Juices,Organics has to be registered to USDA thru our company with additional cost

As a member ..  (your company)is able to get all kinds of Legalities CERTIFICATIONS services provided by Fegano LLC (KEREIN) such as FDA certificate  , HACCP, USDA (Juices,Vegetables,Fruits or Seafood), Organic USDA certificate ,NF Label,Barcode  to make it thru the Retail Buyers costs may vary. Consult with us for more informations and fees 

And the Expedition fees are divided into 2:

1.Air = $15/kg (range weight 20kg-28kg)

2.Sea = $5/kg - $7/kg (for Food has to be sertificated only), except the Non Food - Barcode only

5. Representations and Warranties. Vendor represents

It has the power to authorize the sale and/or display of its products on line and as part of

All products informations,data,images and/or intellectual property provided by Vendor to

KEREIN Production for Its purpose

complies with all applicable Laws.

Are accurate and cleared all the

permissions,approval and authorization rights and License necessary for the use or display of all vendor 

Complies with all the applicable laws relevant to the products to be sold on E-commerce website of KEREIN if the company agree to.

 Total of 12 months =  $280/year (Food&Beverages), $230/year (NonFood)

2 Years  $23/month, Total of 24

months =  $550/year

3 Years (recommended) $22/month, Total of 36

months =  $800/year

 

 

 

NON FOOD 

1 Year Total of 12 months =$240/Year

2 Years (recommended)  Total of 24 months =  $450

3 Years (recommended)  Total of 36 months =  $700

7. Commision Rate of 15% of Transaction Sales of the

products your company is selling thru Fegano LLC company or KEREIN Ecommerce ,Sales and State Tax are not included.

8. No Waiver The Failure of either party to this Agreement to insist upon the performance Of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the waiver of any breach of any terms and conditions shall not be constructed as subsequently waiving any such terms&conditions but the same

shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no such forbearance or waiver had occurred.

9. Notices. Unless provided herein the country any notice provided for or concerning this Agreement shall be in writing by email to Kerein9801@gmail.com 

10.Entire agreement. This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and any prior

Understanding or representation of any kind proceeding the date of the agreement shall not be binding Upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement

11.Intellectual Property of KEREIN. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that all patents,design,trade

intellectual property owned or controlled by KEREIN shall

And remain the sole property of KEREIN and FEGANO LLC
