CANCELLATION POLICY Out of courtesy to ME as your stylist, I kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact me directly. In the case that less than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged up to 50% of your service total.No Shows will result in 100% of the service total. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled resulting as a NO SHOW. As a courtesy to both myself and other clients, please notify me if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference). Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments. All fees & deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 24 hour policy. DEPOSITS MADE FOR YOUR COLOR APPOINTMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN GENERAL.
