Employee Performance Review 2021
This will be in 4 parts. Please complete the employee section in Parts 1 and 2 then hit submit. Your supervisor will then return the review noting any further comments in relation to Parts 1 and 2. A meeting will then be arranged to complete Part 3 which will include agreeing objectives for the coming year, confirmation of any training and development needs to be actioned; noting future career aspirations with any further comments noted. Part 4 will mark an overall assessment of past performance and both parties will have an opportunity to comment further. This process will enable evaluation of past performance ; agree objectives; set future standards required; note any training requirements and highlight future ambition.
