  • Job Description

    JOB TITLE: DRILLER / SERVICE / CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT/Supervisor : Primary Duties: Follow all instructions from driller, foreman, or supervisor, and / or any person authorized to instruct you. Other Duties: Collecting water for site drilling, working on small engine construction pumps, moving equipment to job sites, keeping all equipment clean and orderly for driller and any other duties required to complete job. Heavy lifting will be required to fulfill most duties (EXAMPLES: Lifting 94lb+/- repeatedly, moving drill pipe approx.100+ / - lbs. and lifting concrete pads approx. 50+ /- lbs. and etc.). In addition to the above, the duties of this position include such other responsibilities and tasks as are traditionally associated with this position, or that may be assigned to this position. Compensation and Benefits: There is a 90 day probationary period. Employment status will remain in probationary period until CDL is obtained. An evaluation is performed: Ability, performance, attendance, willingness, tardiness, attire, attitude and etc. This evaluation may determine if employee is considered for permanent employment and / or pay increase. You have a 90 day probation period at which time you will be evaluated. If hired, you will eligible for for health insurance, 40 hours annual PTO, and some holiday pay as per company policy. Work Schedule for this position: Monday thru Friday NO GUARANTEED HOURS. Employees are expected to work until job is complete.(opened ending day) START TO FINISH. Hours change with the seasons, weather and workload. Customary starting at 7:00AM. Employees may be requested to come in at an earlier or later time. All Employees must provide their own transportation to and from work. Should you have to be dropped off or picked up, you can not delay the opening or closing of this business. Should this cause a problem, you will be asked to terminate employment immediately. License: CDL is REQUIRED. Must have proof of Current TEXAS license. Must be able to drive a Standard Transmission. Driver’s record: Must have a clean record with no outstanding or current warrants or tickets. (Will be verified)Background Check: Must have clean background and must pass all back ground checks.
