BUSINESS MEMBER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible to become a Business Member of the AMA, such applicant must have been a continuous business for not less than one (1) year, and must have and continue to maintain a history of good business ethics and procedures. Any such Member must pay all required dues and abide by all AMA policies, as may be promulgated from time to time.
BUSINESS MEMBER LOGO USAGE POLICY
Any AMA Business Member (Class I, II, or III) who has paid their current dues may incorporate either the black and white or color version of the AMA Business Member Logo (the “Logo”), provided that they adhere to the AMA's logo usage and guideline standards, a copy of which is below and incorporated herein, in their print or web-based advertising to denote their support of the AMA; provided that the Logo cannot be used or reproduced in such a manner that it in any way implies an AMA endorsement of the Business Member’s products or services. The Logo can be reduced to fit the space available. For electronic versions to be sent to you or if you have any questions on its use, please contact Michael Kula.
OBLIGATIONS OF BUSINESS MEMBERS
As well as maintaining the eligibility requirements and abiding by the Business Member Usage Policy, as set forth above, all Business Members agree to indemnify the AMA from all costs, expenses or damages relating in any way to the use of the AMA’s Business Member Logo or any actions arising out of the Business Member’s involvement with the AMA, including without limitation, any loss, liability, damage, fees or costs which may be incurred by the AMA arising out of or in any manner relating to such use or misuse of the Business Member’s Logo. This indemnification is intended to be as broad and inclusive to the greatest extent allowed by law.
