    A technical problem with an app refers to an issue that prevents the app from functioning as intended due to errors, malfunctions, or unexpected behavior within its software or supporting systems. These problems typically stem from flaws in coding, hardware compatibility, network issues, or user configurations and can hinder the user experience. If the app is functioning as intended, there is no technical issue for us to troubleshoot or resolve.

    If you your issue is a technical problem, please provide detailed and specific information when answering the next few questions.  It is essential to include clear facts and observations that support your conclusions so we can reproduce and diagnose the issue on our end. We are unable to troubleshoot generalized reports such as “not working,” “not accessible,” or “can’t log in.” 

    Additionally, before submitting a request, ensure you fully understand how the feature or functionality is designed to work and verify that the issue is not caused by a setting that can be adjusted within the app.
